Triton ("we", "us", "our") proudly stands behind the quality and reliability of all our products. This VisionGuard Eternal Warranty ("Warranty") applies exclusively to Triton rifle scopes and optical products ("Product" or "Products") purchased from Triton or an authorized Triton dealer.
Under this Warranty, Triton guarantees that every Product is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the Product. The VisionGuard Eternal Warranty ensures that you, the original purchaser, receive a lifetime of clarity, confidence, and continuity in your gear.
What Is Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Normal wear and tear that impairs the Product's functionality.
What Is Not Covered:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or maintenance failure.
- Loss or theft of the Product.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the Product's functionality.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Warranty Service:
Should your Product exhibit any defects in materials or workmanship, Triton will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective Product or part free of charge. The Warranty service includes:
- Examination of the Product to determine the validity of the claim.
- Repair or replacement with a new or refurbished Product or part.
- Return shipping to the customer.
How To Make a Claim:
1. Contact Triton Customer Service at support@tritonwild.com or fill out the contact form on this website to initiate a warranty claim. Provide a detailed description of the issue and proof of purchase.
2. Follow the instructions given by Triton Customer Service for sending your Product for evaluation.
3. Allow a reasonable period for inspection and service. We strive to handle claims promptly and efficiently.
Limitations:
This Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. The remedies described above are your sole and exclusive remedies and our entire obligation and liability for any breach of this Warranty. Triton disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
General Provisions:
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. The terms of this Warranty do not affect or limit any rights you may have under applicable national legislation regarding the sale of consumer goods.
